Q: Will the library need professional services (Installation, Configuration and Migration) of the New Firewall?
A: Professional services are not required to bid. If you’d like to included services such as policy migration or support as optional line items, they will be considered. Physical installation is not requested.
Q: Do you need a unit shipped, or do you have an existing firewall you need firewall policies transferred to?
A: We would need a unit shipped. We have an existing firewall. Transfer of existing policies to the new unit is not required, but the service will be considered if listed as an optional line item.
